Biography

Maria Marx was a German actress known for her role as Anna in the 1975 film "Ilsa: She Wolf of the SS". Her only notable appearance on screen remains this exploitation film, where she played a key figure in the resistance against Ilsa's human experiments. Prior to her acting career, Marx worked as a photographer and was married to filmmaker Melvin Van Peebles from 1956 until their divorce in 1960.
