Melissa Fitzgerald

Biography

Melissa Fitzgerald is a veteran actress known for her role as Carol Fitzpatrick on The West Wing. A dedicated community leader, she co-founded Voices in Harmony, a Los Angeles-based non-profit theater company. In recognition of her writing talent, Fitzgerald won a contest sponsored by Nicholas Kristof and was awarded the Chestnut Hill College Medal in 2008, becoming commencement speaker that same year.
