Amir Farrokh Hashemian is an Iranian actor known for his roles in "Children of Heaven" (1997), where he gained international recognition as Ali. After a hiatus from acting, he made a comeback with the series "Kimiya" and later starred in the drama "Bideh". He won the Special Prize Award at the 1976 Festeval Haft-e-Tirgan for his work on "Children of Heaven". Hashemian's performance as Ali in "Children of Heaven" remains one of his most notable roles.
