Tia Mowry is an American actress born on July 6, 1978, who first gained recognition for her starring role as Tia Landry in the sitcom Sister, Sister (1994–1999). She later starred alongside her twin sister Tamera in films like Seventeen Again and Twitches, and also had notable roles in The Game, Instant Mom, and Family Reunion.
