Biography

Stoya, born in Wilmington, North Carolina to a Scottish father and Serbian mother, began her career in alternative porn in 2007. She later transitioned to non-pornographic media, appearing in the lesbian fantasy series Dagger Kiss (2016) and co-writing the sex column "How to Do It" for Slate under the byline Jessica Stoya since 2019. A self-taught writer and gamer, Stoya's background reflects her eclectic interests from an early age.
