Cory Doctorow

Biography

Cory Doctorow is a Canadian blogger, journalist, and science fiction author known for his advocacy of liberalizing copyright laws and promoting post-scarcity economics through his work with the Creative Commons organization. A co-founder of the blog Boing Boing, he has also made appearances in film, including "The Internet's Own Boy: The Story of Aaron Swartz" (2014). His writing often explores digital rights management and file sharing.
