Jennifer Taylor is an American actress known for her breakout role as Chelsea Melini on the CBS sitcom "Two and a Half Men," which she played from 2003 to 2015. Prior to this, she had guest appearances on TV shows such as "Charmed" and "Ghost Whisperer." Her acting career has since expanded into various television shows and films, including roles in "NCIS" and "Shameless."
