Biography

Baron von Raschke is a retired professional wrestler known for his notable titles and high-profile matches. A three-time letterman with the Nebraska Cornhuskers wrestling team, he began his career as a referee in 1966 before adopting his ring name and becoming a wrestler. He held multiple championships throughout the 1970s and early 1980s, including the NWA Television championship, and famously clashed with Bruno Sammartino at Madison Square Garden.
