Kevin Mark Howarth is a British film actor who graduated with distinction from the Webber Douglas Academy of Dramatic Art in London. He has appeared in notable roles such as Max the psychopath in The Last Horror Movie and Viktor the psychotic brothel keeper in The Seasoning House.
