Linda Geiser

Biography

Linda Geiser is a Swiss film and television actress who has made a lasting impact in both Switzerland's theatre productions and the art world. Born on May 13, 1935, in Köniz, Switzerland, she rose to prominence for her roles in "Die sechs Kummerbuben" (1968) and "The Pawnbroker" (1964). Since 1961, Geiser has called New York City home, where she founded the Swiss Institute Contemporary Art New York and supports emerging artists.
