Biography

Charli Baltimore is a Grammy-nominated American rapper-songwriter born on August 16, 1974, to a German father and African-American mother. Raised by her elder half-sister Yolanda after her mother's departure, she met the Notorious B.I.G. at a concert in 1995, with whom she had a romantic relationship. Following his death, Baltimore released her own album "Ice" and worked on the "Woo" Soundtrack, before signing to Murder Inc. Records in 2001.
