Biography

Ángel Garasa was a Spanish-Mexican film actor born on December 12, 1905 in Madrid, Spain. He fled the Spanish Civil War in 1937 and emigrated to Mexico, where he gained recognition for roles like Fray Lorenzo in "Romeo y Julieta" (1943) and Don Romulo González in "El analfabeto" (1961). Notable films from his career include "Los tres mosqueteros" (1942), "Un Quijote sin mancha" (1969), and "A Quixote Without La Mancha" (1969). He passed away on August 27, 1976.
