Biography

Agustín Almodóvar Caballero is a film producer and younger brother of acclaimed filmmaker Pedro Almodóvar. Born in Calzada de Calatrava, he holds a degree in chemistry from the Complutense University of Madrid. The siblings co-founded production company El Deseo S.A. in 1986, which has produced all of Pedro's films since then, including several French co-productions. He is also a member of the Academy of Cinematographic Arts and Sciences of Spain.
