G.H. Mulcaster was a London-born British actor born George Blake Bell on June 27, 1891. He is notable for playing the role of Controller in the 1939 film "The Lion Has Wings". Mulcaster was also the father of actor Michael Mulcaster and the first husband of actress Diana Napier.
