Biography

Georgina Cates is a seasoned English film and television actress who rose to fame at 16 in the BBC sitcom 2 Point 4 Children as Jenny Porter. She later won the role of Stella in Mike Nicholls' adaptation of Beryl Bainbridge's novel An Awfully Big Adventure, opposite Hugh Grant and Alan Rickman. Cates has since appeared in critically acclaimed independent films like Sinner, earning a Best Actress award, and continued acting career with notable roles in TV series and films such as Bad Grandpa and The Closer.
