Tina Romero Alcázar was born on August 14, 1949, in New York City to Mexican parents. She moved to Mexico at a young age and established her acting career there, debuting as a protagonist in the 1976 film Lo Mejor de Teresa. Her notable roles include starring in the horror film Alucarda (1977) and appearing alongside Sissy Spacek and Jack Lemmon in Missing (1982).
