Brittney Leigh Lower is an American actress born on August 2, 1985, in Bloomington, Illinois. She graduated as valedictorian from Heyworth High School in 2004 and later earned a BSc in Communication from Northwestern University. Notable roles include her Emmy-winning performance as Helena Eagan / Helly R. in Severance (2022-), as well as her lead acting gigs in Unforgettable (2011-2017) and Man Seeking Woman (2015-2017).
