Carl Horner is a US-based actor and visual effects specialist who gained recognition for his role as Rik in the 1987 film Slave Girls from Beyond Infinity. He also worked on notable projects such as Team America and Blade: The Series. In 2018, Horner landed a role as a NASA inspector in the film Return to Mars, marking his return to acting after a hiatus.
