Yūki Masuda is a Japanese actor and voice artist born on September 12, 1979, in the Tokyo Metropolitan area. He gained recognition for his role as Masaharu Niō in the 2004 television adaptation of The Prince of Tennis, which led to reprised roles in various anime productions. Additionally, he brought Ferb Fletcher to life in the Japanese dub of Phineas and Ferb, and played a notable role in Kinji Fukasaku's Battle Royale (2000).
