Borys Andreiev

Biography

Boris Andreyev was a prominent Soviet actor born on February 9, 1915, in Saratov, Russian Empire. He won two State Stalin Prizes for his roles in Pyryev’s Ballad of Siberia (1946) and The Fall of Berlin (1950). Andreyev appeared in over 50 films between 1939 and 1982, showcasing his talent on the big screen. He was awarded the title of People's Artist of the USSR in 1962.
