Blixa Bargeld is a German musician and artist born on January 12, 1959, who has been the lead singer of Einstürzende Neubauten since its formation in 1980. He was also a founding member of Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds from 1983 to 2003. A self-taught individual with influences from German krautrock acts like Kraftwerk and Neu!, Bargeld's music career spans over four decades.
