Prabir Mitra

Biography

Probir Mitra was a Bangladeshi film actor born on August 18, 1941. He won the Bangladesh National Film Award for Best Supporting Actor in 1982 for his performance in "Boro Bhalo Lok Chhilo". A prolific actor with over 400 films under his belt, he also received the 2018 Lifetime Achievement Award. Mitra passed away on January 5, 2025, at the age of 83.
