Four people, identified by numbers, wake up in an empty room with no recollection of how they got there. A mysterious voice, known as "The Ruler" (Edgar Arreola), commands their actions, ordering them to complete tasks and assigning punishments for non-compliance, all while maintaining an eerie atmosphere of surveillance and control.
