In this dark romance horror film, Russell Geoffrey Banks plays Oliver, a mentally unstable loner forced into a life of violence, as he embarks on a killing spree in Thailand. His only hope for escape comes in the form of Sophia, a beautiful and eccentric woman who unwittingly becomes entangled in his deadly game. As Oliver's dark past collides with Sophia's innocent naivety, the film hurtles towards a shocking and tragic confrontation. With its thought-provoking themes and unflinching portrayal of mental illness, Who's Watching Oliver is a haunting exploration of the human condition.
