The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles face off against the Shredder once again as they try to reclaim the last canister of mutagen, the ooze that created them. April O'Neil gets caught up in the battle between good and evil when Professor Jordan Perry's company is exposed for its role in creating the ooze. The Turtles must stop the Shredder from unleashing an army of mutated creatures on New York City, while also navigating their own internal conflicts about their existence and purpose.
