Tech entrepreneur Jimmy Van Horn (David Zellner) arrives in China armed with an invention and confidence, only to discover that being American is not enough to succeed in this foreign land, where his tech may be met with skepticism and even supernatural resistance. The film combines elements of action, adventure, comedy, crime, drama, and thriller genres, featuring a cast of experts who bring the surreal world to life, including Specialist and Vincent Xie as themselves.
