El Gringo

In the dusty town of El Fronteras, "The Man" (Scott Adkins) faces danger from local sheriff and thugs, a drug cartel, his checkered past, and his former DEA boss after being wounded in an ambush that kills his undercover partners. He arrives in Mexico with a case holding two million dollars, adding to the mayhem. Christian Slater plays Lieutenant West, who's also dealing with The Man's troubles. The film is a mix of action and drama, set against a backdrop of small-town danger and corruption.
