Empire State

The film "Empire State" is based on the true story of the 1983 Sentry Armored Car Courier Company theft and follows Chris Potamitis (Liam Hemsworth), a security guard who becomes embroiled in an elaborate scheme to rob a large sum of cash stored on his company's premises. With the help of his reckless friend Eddie (Michael Angarano), Chris plans the heist, but their associates are pursued by Detective James Ransome (Dwayne Johnson).
