The 4th Floor

A young woman inherits a rent-controlled brownstone apartment from her late aunt and decides to move in alone, despite her boyfriend's appeals. As she settles into her new home, she begins to receive ominous warnings from her neighbor, Martha Stewart, about the strange happenings on the 4th floor above. As Jane tries to make sense of the escalating threats and bizarre occurrences, including infestations of maggots and mice, she becomes convinced that someone is out to get her.
