A reclusive and butterfly-obsessed elderly lady suffering from bipolar disorder develops a disturbing relationship with a mysterious but seemingly innocent youngster, leading to a descent into madness and terror that will leave no one unscathed. Based on Jonathan Zarantonello's novel Alice dalle 4 alle 5, this 2012 American-Italian thriller-horror film is a dark exploration of obsession, trauma, and the devastating consequences of unchecked emotions. With Barbara Steele delivering a chilling performance as the unhinged Ann, this film is a gripping and unsettling ride that will keep you on the edge of your seat.
