After Darkness

The wealthy Beaty family gathers at their country estate as the sun burns out and darkness shrouds the planet. They must reckon with long-held grudges and painful memories from the past, including the mental break of wife Georgina caused by her daughter Abbey's suicide five years earlier. As they wait for a promised rescue, the family's strict father Raymond becomes increasingly abusive to his wife and kids, while eldest child Ray Jr. arrives with an unexpected girlfriend, Margot, who is nine months pregnant. Ultimately, the family finds hope in each other, united as they face their mortality together, only to discover that their fate is sealed, and they are led into a warm afterlife by the Sun's light.
