Miriam Weeks (Haley Pullos) is a high-achieving college student who turns to adult filmmaking under the pseudonym Belle Knox to pay her tuition after her family can no longer afford it. As she rises through the ranks of the industry, Miriam faces online harassment and backlash from conservative groups, forcing her to confront the consequences of her choice and fight back against the negative attention. She becomes an unlikely feminist icon, but struggles to maintain her double life amidst the chaos.
