All Over the Guy

A contemporary romantic comedy exploring the unlikely pairing of two 20-somethings thrown together by their respective best friends in hopes of igniting their own romance. The film tells its story mostly in flashback, as Eli recounts his side to Esther and Tom shares his tale with a stranger at an Alcoholics Anonymous meeting. Set up on a blind date by their best friends, these two men are both looking for 'The One', but don't recognize it when they find it, leading to a series of missteps and misunderstandings before ultimately coming together to confront their fears and overcome their families' dysfunction.
