Excision

Pauline, played by AnnaLynne McCord, is a disturbed high school student who aspires to become a surgeon despite her dysfunctional family life. She battles with her sanity and unhealthy obsessions, including necrophilia and violent fantasies, after losing her virginity to a classmate in a memorable and awkward encounter. Her actions lead to her expulsion from school, but ultimately result in a tragic outcome that showcases her mental illness and instability.
