Failure to Launch

Thirty-five-year-old Tripp lives a comfortable life with his parents Al and Sue in Baltimore, despite being an adult. When friends reveal that they've hired an "interventionist" to help their grown sons move out, Al and Sue decide to do the same for Tripp, hoping to boost his confidence and attachment away from home. But when expert Paula, who's used her formula to manipulate men before, develops real feelings for Tripp, he stages an awkward encounter with his parents and breaks up with her - setting off a chain of events that ultimately leads to Tripp finding independence on his own terms.
