Irreversible

In "Irreversible," Alex (Monica Bellucci), a woman who was brutally raped on a Parisian train, is aided by her lover Marcus (Vincent Cassel) and his ex-boyfriend Pierre in their quest for revenge against the man responsible. The film, written, directed, and edited by Gaspar Noé, tells its story in reverse order, with each of its 14 segments presented as a continuous shot or digitally composited sequence.
