The Manster

An American journalist stationed in Japan is given a mysterious injection by a mad scientist, turning him into a murderous, two-headed monster. Peter Dyneley stars as Larry Stanford, whose marriage to Jane Hylton's Linda ends abruptly after the transformation begins, and he goes on a killing rampage, murdering lone people in Tokyo streets at night, eventually leading to his own destruction.
