In 1950s America's idyllic world of Pleasantville, nothing seems out of the ordinary until a pair of high school twins, David and Jennifer, stumble into this monochromatic reality after getting sucked in through their television. As they navigate their new surroundings, Jennifer's modern attitude disrupts the town's peaceful routine, bringing color and change to its lives.
