Trouble in Mind

In the neo-noir thriller "Trouble in Mind", Kris Kristofferson stars as Hawk, a former policeman released from jail after serving eight years for a murder sentence, who returns to the mean streets of Rain City and develops a protective attachment to Georgia (Lori Singer), a waitress at his former love's cafe. Keith Carradine plays Coop, Georgia's naive husband, while Geneviève Bujold stars as Wanda, Hawk's former love. As the story unfolds, Coop's desperation for money leads him to work for a gangster, Solo (Joe Morton), and Hawk finds himself caught in the middle of a wild shootout between Coop and the mob boss, Hilly Blue (Divine).
