Observe and Report

Mall security guard Ronnie Barnhardt (Seth Rogen) must stop a flasher from tormenting female shoppers at the Forest Ridge Mall, but his efforts are complicated by his own mentally unstable vigilante tendencies and rivalry with police Detective Harrison (Ray Liotta). As Ronnie's obsession with catching the flasher grows, he also navigates a series of misadventures, including a doomed attempt to join the police force and an ill-fated date with Brandi (Anna Faris), a makeup counter worker. In the end, Ronnie must confront his own demons and find a way to bring the flasher to justice without losing himself in the process.
