Five troubled and unwanted girls are sent to a reformatory, St. Mark's Catholic boarding school for girls, where they discover they possess unique supernatural gifts. As they begin to uncover their powers, they realize that they have been brought together for a sinister purpose: to battle the ancient demon Legion, which holds thrall over the institution. Led by headmistress Miss Pearce, who has her own dark motivations, the girls must work together to escape and defeat the malevolent force threatening their lives, while also uncovering the truth about the school's past and their own fates.
