The China Syndrome

Television news reporter Kimberly Wells (Jane Fonda) witnesses an accident at the Ventana nuclear power plant while reporting on alternative energy sources. She and her cameraman Richard Adams discover safety coverups at the plant, which they believe could have led to a catastrophic meltdown, known as the "China syndrome". As they investigate further, they uncover a sinister conspiracy to keep the incident a secret, putting them in grave danger.
