In 1880s Australia, Charlie Burns is offered a difficult choice by lawman Captain Morris Stanley. To save his younger brother Mikey from execution by Christmas, Charlie must hunt down and kill his older brother Arthur, who is wanted for rape and murder. Venturing into the Outback's inhospitable regions, Charlie faces a terrible moral dilemma that can end only in violence.
