"Bolden" is a 2019 American drama film based on the life of Buddy Bolden, starring Gary Carr as the titular character. The movie follows Bolden's journey from becoming one of the first Cornet Kings of New Orleans to his diagnosis with acute alcoholic psychosis and subsequent commitment to the Louisiana State Insane Asylum in 1907.
