In this unconventional 'whodunit' in the form of a screwball comedy, a man caught in the middle of two simultaneous robberies at a bank desperately tries to protect the teller with whom he's secretly in love. The film centers around two groups of criminals that stick up the same bank at the same time, holding all of the employees and bystanders hostage, while one of the hostages attempts to deduce the unusual double-robbery through a series of mishaps and unexpected alliances.
