Three macabre tales from the latest issue of a boy's favorite comic book, dealing with a vengeful wooden Native American, a monstrous blob in a lake, and an undying hitchhiker. In "Old Chief Wood'nhead", Ray Spruce (George Kennedy) and his wife Martha (Dorothy Lamour) are brutally murdered by their nephew Sam Whitemoon, prompting the wrath of the wooden warrior. In "The Raft", four college students - Deke, Laverne, Randy, and Rachel - are stalked and killed by a monstrous blob in a lake.
