Absolute Power

Luther Whitney (Clint Eastwood), a master thief, coincidentally witnesses the murder of Christy Richmond (Gene Hackman) by Secret Service agents in his house. With evidence that could convict the President, Luther must run while holding proof of the crime. He becomes determined to bring Richmond to justice after seeing him on television publicly commiserating with Sullivan, a close friend and financial supporter of the president.
