Frankenweenie

Victor Frankenstein, voiced by Charlie Tahan, is a young scientist and amateur filmmaker who lives in a quiet town with his parents and beloved bull terrier Sparky. Inspired by his science teacher Mr. Rzykruski's demonstration of the effect of electricity on dead frogs, Victor digs up Sparky, brings him to a makeshift laboratory in his attic, and reanimates him with a bolt of lightning. When the bolt-necked "monster" wreaks havoc in the hearts of Victor's neighbors, he has to convince them that Sparky is still the good, loyal friend he was.
