In the eerie town of Kurouzu-cho, a mysterious curse involving spirals begins to unfold, slowly consuming its inhabitants. As a young woman's boyfriend becomes increasingly obsessed with spiral patterns, he descends into madness and ultimately meets a tragic end. The phenomenon spreads throughout the town, causing a series of bizarre and terrifying events that leave those who remain in a desperate fight for survival.
