Nights in Rodanthe

Adrienne Willis (Diane Lane) is getting a divorce from her husband Jack after he left her for another woman. She drives to Rodanthe, North Carolina to care for a friend's inn and meets Dr. Paul Flanner (Richard Gere), who is struggling with the trauma of a tragic surgery. As a storm approaches, they work together to protect the inn, share stories, and eventually find love. Adrienne's daughter Amanda helps her understand that she must let go of her grief and encourage her daughter to seek out a similar special type of love.
